Training
Training in using the proposed Internet application will take place using remote desktop sharing and forms the basis of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The training will include usage of the application from the client-facing side and the administration side.

We train on-site (Greater London and surrounding counties) or remotley through Skype.
We provide materials to help such as training manuals / documentation and video tutorials.

Within the administration side, this will be further split into two distinct sections:

• Administering the server for account, email and statistics settings (if using our hosting service)
• Administering the content
• Administering the Store
